Minimum Requirements B.Com degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience managing the full accounting function, from transactional processing through to financial reporting. Previous experience in manufacturing, mining, or FMCG is preferred. Proficiency in an ERP system; Syspro experience will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Responsibilities Manage the full accounting function, ensuring accurate and complete financial records. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Perform reconciliations, including balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements. Key Skills & Capabilities Strong financial and analytical acumen. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
