MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A strong background in software development, programming or software engineering , with practical coding knowledge Demonstrable experience managing or overseeing technical and software development projects Essential working knowledge and experience of FIDO, PKI and card encryption technologies A sound understanding of software architecture, system integration, authentication and information security Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Good business acumen, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills A relevant technical qualification would be advantageous, but practical knowledge and experience are key WORKING HOURS Fully remote | Western Cape-based candidates As the business operates internationally, working hours will ordinarily align with U.S. business hours, which may require a later start and finish in South Africa. Some flexibility may be possible, depending on project requirements and the level of collaboration needed with international teams. Candidates should be comfortable working across time zones and accommodating occasional schedule adjustments when required. WHAT IS ON OFFER?
