Role details
Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12). 3-5 years' external sales experience; cleaning industry advantageous. Proven track record of achieving sales and GP targets. Strong pricing, negotiation and closing skills. CRM experience. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Computer literate, including Excel and Outlook. Strong communication, administration and customer relationship skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts. Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations. Meet monthly sales and GP targets. Manage customer pricing, quotations and sales follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines. Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Provide product training and assist with customer queries and complaints. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
